  FAQs ~ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Catalog Requests - We do not produce printed catalogs. However, our Carlson Craft, Regency, and Nu-Art GrapevineOnline websites offer the option to order samples.

 

Samples - receive a credit for the cost of the samples you ordered from us when you return and place your invitation order.

 

Receive up to $7.00 off (5 samples maximum) your invitation order instantly.  After placing your order simply email us at and we will deduct the credit from you invoice before your credit card is charged.

 

Changing Your Order - If you submitted your order and discover you have made a mistake, please call or email Us immediately. Please note changes are not always possible. There may be a charge to resubmit your order. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY BEFORE SUBMITTING IT FOR PRINTING. Once your order is submitted you agree that it has been proofed and is ready to be printed. We cannot guarantee that changes are possible.

Order Cancellation - There is a $10.00 charge for canceling an order that has yet to be printed. If your order has already been printed it cannot be cancelled; therefore, you will be charged for your order.

Add-on - Please call or email us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We may be able to add on to the order before it is printed. THE PRICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 25 IS MUCH LOWER THAN A NEW ORDER FOR 25.  CONSIDER ORDERING AN EXTRA 25 IN CASE OF MISTAKES OR LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS TO YOUR GUEST LIST. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you. A complete reorder will be charged the same as a brand new order and the bulk of the expense is in the first 25 ordered.

Printing Errors - After you receive your order please check it immediately for accuracy. If you find an error please email us immediately. If the error was on behalf of Anne's Grapevine or the printer, your order will be reprinted at no additional charge. If the error was an entry error on your behalf, you will be required to place a reorder.

Payment Methods - We accept Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Full payment is due at the time your online order is placed. You will be billed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be added only to orders shipped to the State of Ohio.

Shipping - Most Invitations, Announcements, Greeting Cards, Personal Stationery, and Accessories are normally shipped in 1-3 business days (Encore, Elite, and Checkerboard ship in 5-7 days).  Business Stationery and Office Products are shipped in 3-5 business days.  Please note that orders containing photos, custom artwork, and/or aforeign language take 3-5 extra business days.  Also, please add the appropriate shipping transit time.

Rush Orders - Because production time is so fast, it is not necessary to rush your order. You may, however, choose to select a faster shipping method.

Foreign Languages - We can print Foreign languages if the letters are the same as those used in the English alphabet. Additional charges may apply.   In addition, Carlson Craft offers several Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Aņos ensembles (scroll to the verses that begin with XQ).
